Sadly, we no longer accept payments over the phone for fraud prevention reasons. Our website uses Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa to provide added protection for both you and for us. These help prevent unauthorised use of credit cards.

Can I have my order delivered to my work or any other address?

Yes, if the address is in the UK. Put your chosen address details in the 'Delivery Address' section during checkout.

Can I have different items from the same order delivered to more than one address?

No, each order can be sent to only one address. However, you can always place multiple orders, each with a different delivery address.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We dispatch all items within 1-2 working days. Delivery times depend on the destination & delivery service used, but most orders arrive within 3-6 working days on economy delivery. See our delivery page for more information.

Can you advise me a delivery date & time?

We use Royal Mail, DPD, MyHermes and Parcelforce for deliveries. While most of these are not able to guarantee delivery dates/times on most services, DPD can send alerts by SMS or email. Or please contact us about express delivery.

How do I track delivery of my order?

An email is sent to you once your order has dispatched containing details of the tracking number and the carrier. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to track the delivery status of your parcel.

Can I change an order once I've placed it?

Once we receive your order unfortunately we can't make any changes. You will need to cancel your original order and place a new one. If your order has already been dispatched then you will be responsible for returning it.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
